Our group classes are a great way to intensify—or diversify—your workout. We offer a wide range of classes, from Yoga to Pilates to Core Condition to Indoor Cycling. Get fit with a class that’s the right fit for you.


Cardio Strength
A hardcore class that incorporates hand weights, body bars, tubes, exercise balls, and your own body weight to work your major muscle groups and get your heart pumping. Great for beginner to intermediate fitness levels.


Core Conditioning
You’ll be challenged with balance exercises and functional training principles that take your core workout far beyond traditional crunches. This class is designed to increase your abdominal and lower back strength, and is perfect for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.


Ski / Ride Conditioning
Designed to get you ready for the slopes, this class combines ski- and snowboard-specific exercises such as plyometrics, balance training, cardio and core strength. Best for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.


Spin / Strength Combo
Starting with a 30-minute spin, this class finishes with 30 minutes of strength exercises with body bars, dumbbells, abs, and more—a great full-body workout for beginner to intermediate fitness levels.


Chisel
Combining weight lifting, physio balls, balance, and full body functional movement, this class helps you fine-tune and chisel your body into fantastic shape. Best for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.


Boot Camp
Ready to get pushed to the limit? This class (for intermediate to advanced fitness levels), incorporates everything from push-ups and sit-ups to weight lifting and plyometrics, for an intense full-body workout. Ten-hut!


Indoor Cycling
Looking for an excellent aerobic workout that also targets your quads and outer thighs? Indoor cycling gets your heart pumping and burns serious calories. Perfect for all fitness levels, you can customize your workout by adjusting your pace or the tension on your bike.


Transitions Lifestyle System
This is a science and evidence-based program endorsed by nutritionists, doctors and other health professionals worldwide. Conducted over the course of 12 weeks, the program encompasses all necessary aspects of wellness—low-glycemic eating, exercise, body composition, stress reduction, behavior modification and more!  The Transitions Lifestyle System teaches a realistic approach to long-term health and helps individuals erase the "diet mentality."
