Professional Athletes Kim Loeffler and Kelly Liljeblad and local elite runner Jessica Cover are teaming up to offer high quality coaching options for triathletes and runners of all abilities. You will receive a detailed training program from an accomplished professional athlete, experienced coach and exercise physiologist. We know what it takes to work full time and balance work, family, and training, and we know what it takes to train full time and compete with the best in the world. Our programs are scientific, individualized and goal specific. Whether you are training for your first 5k, the Boston Marathon, or the Hawaii Ironman, our programs can get you to the starting line in peak form.

Triathlon Coaching
Premium Coaching Plan
The premium coaching option provides education, communication and a quality individualized training plan for the athlete who desires a considerable amount of athlete-coach interaction. Weekly phone consults, pre and post race phone consults and unlimited email interaction provides you with the most comprehensive and individualized training plan possible. We will have the opportunity to discuss each workouts objectives and results and plan for the following week accordingly. Availability is limited.

High Performance Plan
This plan is designed for athletes who want a comprehensive, highly individualized training plan, but do not require the daily feedback offered with the premium coaching plan.

Basic Plan
This program is designed for the seasoned athlete who wants a detailed individualized training plan designed by a top Professional triathlete and Exercise Physiologist, but does not require a great deal of athlete-coach interaction.

Personal Training Programs

Custom Training Programs
This program is for the runner who wants a detailed custom tailored training program, but does not require ongoing athlete-coach interaction and training adjustments. You will receive a detailed questionnaire sent via email. I will evaluate your previous training and racing and develop a custom training program based on your strengths, weaknesses, time constraints and personal goals.
