High Performance Plan
This plan is designed for athletes who want a comprehensive, highly individualized training plan, but do not require the daily feedback offered with the premium coaching plan.
High Performance Plan includes:
Initial phone consultation, followed by a detailed questionnaire
Initial and periodic threshold testing to determine target heart rate and power zones
Individualized training program with day to day periodized swim, bike and run workouts
Comprehensive online program and training log
Bi Monthly scheduled phone consults and program review
Race and training nutrition counseling
Equipment overview and recommendations
Mental preparation counseling
Periodized strength training program
Cost: $90 set up fee, first and last month paid up front, 4 month minimum commitment
$325/month
