Premium Running Plan
The Premium Running Plan provides education, communication and a quality individualized training plan for the athlete who desires a considerable amount of athlete-coach interaction. Weekly phone consults, pre- and post-race phone consults and unlimited email interaction provide you with the most comprehensive and individualized training plan possible. We will have the opportunity to discuss each workout’s objectives and results as well as plan for the following week accordingly. Availability is limited.

Personalized Training Programs
For the independent runner who is seeking
an individualized training plan but does not require coach contact. A
thorough questionnaire will be filled out by the athlete and our coaches
will design a training schedule based on the athlete's goals, current
training fitness, experience level and life responsibilities. This schedule
will include detailed workouts set in a calendar format to guide the athlete
to prepare for the goal race.
