For the independent triathlete who is seeking an individualized training plan but does not require coach contact. A thorough questionnaire will be filled out by the athlete and our coaches will design a training schedule based on the athlete’s goals, current training fitness, experience level and life responsibilities. This schedule will include detailed workouts set in a calendar format to guide the athlete to prepare for the goal race.
