We are coaches, exercise physiologists, and we are runners just like you. We know how good it feels to run quietly and effortlessly on a secluded trail, we know how good it feels to complete a killer track workout, and we know the deep satisfaction of setting a goal and achieving it. Whether you are training for your first 5k or a Boston qualifier, we can get you to the starting line in peak form.

On Track head coach Kim Loeffler has trained and raced around the world, chasing her dreams and pursuing her passion. She’s worked with some of the best coaches and teams out there. She has the experience and academic background to lead her team of coaches to develop highly individualized, detailed, and successful running programs -- just for you.

 

 
 

How it works

We believe the most successful coaching programs are based on direct athelte to coach interaction. Our one size does not fit all approach is grounded in education, open dialogue, and usability.

Set a Goal

After you select a plan and submit an application, you will receive an email questionaire that will guide us in partnering you with an appropriate coach. We will then arrange an initial phone consultation to discuss your goals in order to build an individualized training plan that fits into the demands of your daily life. Your plan will be provided in an online traiing log that can be managed on your computer and smart devices.

HOW IT WORKS

Manage your training online

 

The bronze running plan is for the independent runner who is seeking an individualized training program but does not require coach contact. A thorough questionnaire will be filled out by the athlete and our coaches will design a training schedule based on the athlete’s goals, current training fitness, experience level and life responsibilities. This schedule will include detailed workouts set in a calendar format to guide the athlete to prepare for the goal race.

The team plan is for local runners who want a personalized training plan, a group to train with and some coaching support.  Each plan is specific to the needs of the athlete and takes fitness, time constraints and goals into consideration.
