We are running coaches, exercise physiologists, and we are runners just like you. We know how good it feels to run quietly and effortlessly on a secluded trail, we know how good it feels to complete a killer track workout, and we know the deep satisfaction of setting a goal and achieving it. On Track head coach Kim Loeffler has trained and raced around the world, chasing her dreams and pursuing her passion. She’s worked with some of the best coaches and teams out there. She has the experience and academic background to lead her team of coaches to develop highly individualized, detailed, and successful running programs -- just for you.

How it Works

 

We believe the most successful run coaching programs are based on direct athlete to coach interaction. Our one-size-does-not-fit-all approach is grounded in education, open dialogue, and ease of use.

Set a Goal

After you select a plan and submit an application, you will receive an email questionnaire that will guide us in partnering you with an appropriate coach. We will then arrange an initial phone consultation to discuss your goals in order to build an individualized training plan that fits into the demands of your daily life. Your plan will be provided in an online training log that can be managed on your computer and smart devices.

Train + Evaluate

No matter your skill or level of experience, it all comes down to putting in the work - day to day and one mile at a time. But you won’t be in it alone. Your running coach will provide you with daily workouts, that will include techniques such as field testing, strength and heart rate training. Your progress will be closely monitored by reviewing results and comments you post in your online training log as well as through email and phone consultations.

Race

Race day is different for everyone. Whether you go into it with anxiety or excitement, our experts will get you to the starting line prepared to face any obstacles that come your way. Your race week consultations will include not only physical guidance, but mental and nutritional advice as well.
