Instead, we meet you where you are, work to understand your goals, or what’s holding you back, and then develop a plan that is tailored to you. Therapy

If you are injured, recovering from surgery, or experiencing pain, you will begin with a physical therapy evaluation. Our therapist will work with you to uncover the root cause of your condition, relieve pain, and to restore your body’s natural function

Functional
Training

If you are ready to take control of your health, you will begin with a functional training assessment. This will determine how well your body functions and allows us to prescribe the most appropriate program to meet your goals and address any imbalances in mobility, core control, strength, or cardiovascular fitness.

The way it
currently works

Healthcare in this country is not perfect. It is largely focused on treating illness and disease, rather than promoting preventative measures such as exercise and healthy living. The usual approach involves using drugs and surgery to address symptoms, rather than getting to the root cause of the problem. Furthermore the price of “healthcare” is skyrocketing with more of the cost shifting onto the consumer in the form of high deductibles and expensive copays. This forces many people to stop going to physical therapy prematurely putting them at risk for reinjury.

We've designed a unique system that allows physical therapy and functional training to work hand in hand to give you long-lasting results without breaking the bank. Our therapists collaborate with both you and your insurance company to develop a plan tailored to your specific injury or dysfunction. Once you've become pain-free and gained a solid understanding of how to move properly, there can still be a need for foundational work to create balance in the 4 pillars of health and minimize the risk of reinjury. At this point you may graduate into the appropriate functional training program, all while being supported by licensed and certified professionals. With this system, you're in control of your well-being every step of the way.
